This website is operated by Rainward. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with it, or to try to access it in ways we haven't intended.
Products and prices
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Photos may differ slightly from what you receive, and colors can look different on different screens. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. If we find a pricing or listing error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Product use and safety
Umbrellas can open with force. Open them away from people, pets and objects. No umbrella is windproof, and strong gusts can damage or flip any umbrella. Don't use an umbrella during lightning, and use it at your own risk.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if we suspect fraud or an item is unavailable. We'll refund any payment for an order we decline. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images and design, belongs to Rainward or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Reviews and messages you send us
If you send us a review, photo or message, you give us permission to display and use it to run and promote the store, and you confirm it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rainward isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the jurisdiction where Rainward is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where the law of your location gives you stronger consumer protections, those still apply.
