Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to a United States address. We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 8 to 15 business days from the day you place your order, processing included. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it can be longer around holidays or during bad weather. The estimate is also shown on the product page.

Where your order ships from

We fulfill orders through partner warehouses, so your package may ship from outside the United States. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

If we can't ship on time

If we can't ship your order within the time we've stated, we'll email you with a new date. You can then choose to wait, or cancel and get a full refund.

Taxes and fees

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. You should not be asked to pay any customs or import fees on delivery. If you are, email us and we'll reimburse you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you need to change it, email us right away. We can only change it before the order ships.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived by the end of its estimated window, email bobrrbobrri@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.
